Rayquaza???? on Pokemon Sapphire Game Boy Advance Message Board - Page 1

i've been looking for Rayquaza for ages now and i can't find the Sky Pillar at all on route 131, some other websites say that i need to beat the elite 4 before the cave appears is this true???? 🤔

Of course you have to beat the Elite Four first.

rayquaza is at the sky pillar but if u didn't defeat elite4 rocks will block you
