Ok i tried to add the lines and everything, i deleted save games and profiles. Then i started a new game created a new profile, then exited, after i added the lines to the ppref file, and went back to the game... It asked me to create profile again, i did and none of the cheats are working and when went back to the folder to check the was another file named Game.prefs.bad...
Any help???

I made a slight change to the instructions. Try it now. Worked fine for me. I didn't even have to delete my old pref file or saved games. However it did only work when I started a new level, not with an existing savegame.

Note that I removed one line from the instructions. With this line in there it did like you said and made me create a new profile each time while naming mine to .bad.

I added it at the very end and works fine for me...

One thing I have noticed though, with both this cheat and the above cheat for the Skirmish games, is that when you use the cheats the otherside also recieve's the same...

Example is if you use the god mode (Alt+N) then they too become damageless, plus I think they also recieve the same resource's as they do grow really quickly when you it...

So, is there anyway of doing these cheats without helping the otherside at the same time...

Now, that I haven't figured out (or even verified). We're working on a trainer that will be one sided, so you might just want to wait for that.

Thx. It's working now but it's true the cheats work for the other side too, so there's no point in using them, cause as soon as you add money u get overwhelmed.. And god mode doesn't help since u can't destroy them after...
Guess we'll have to wait for the trainer.

I found the same problem in skirmish, and here is my solution. Seems to work perfectly since the other side does not get the same additions.
I simply use the cheat to create a new unit (ALT F2 iirc). I then create level 3 builders and a few tank units to block the initial rush. That spider tank is insane!

With ALT F2 it is possible to lay down level 3 generators (both mass and energy). A couple of those and all of your resource needs are taken care of. To quickly lay down multiples use CTRL SHIFT C to copy a structure, and then CTRL SHIFT V to paste the structure around the map.
