on KOTOR number1 where do you put the people to get the tile right to open that door.
If you mean that part in the Rakatan Temple on the Unknown World you just walk in the form of an H on the floor...it will then open but you'll have to do it precisely right. If you need more info just consult the datapad you collected about it...

??? Could you be more specific...I can't help you if you don't tell me exactly what your problem is...
If you mean leveling up to the higher prestige classes (Jedi Master, Sith Maurauder, etc...) you have to get to a certain point in the game to do so...shouldn't take too long. Once there talk with her and she'll ask you about 'The Higher Mysterys of the Force', that's when you can choose...
