There iz one really cool glitch in Create-a-Sim, where in the Eye section you max out the sliders one way, then you select a PREDESIGNED, nose, then you go back the sliders will have reset themselves in the middle but the eyes will look the same. You can do that as many times as you want, I tried it it's really gross.

It doesn't have to be a nose, it can be lips or anything as long as it's pre-designed.
