Okay, people. In order to get an eevee you must have an eevee from Bill and then catch a rattata.. It can be any gender.. And by that I mean male/female eevee or male/female rattata. Go to the daycare and put the correct gender with the correct person. Later when the day care man gives you the egg, just start walking and walking (I dont know how much steps) until it begins to hatch. AND THERE! You got Evee!
