You go into the secret sublevel....then you walk down the corridor..and enter a room...you'll see a computer on the right side of the room.
The computer belongs to Doc. Dominion. This is where you use the code or4ngut4n to hack his computer. You have to beat the computer by answering a series of questions...you can attempt to answer those as many times as you need.
After you accomplish that you walk into the room on the left.. beside the computer room. You then use his transport device...it goes on your head...you can then transport to that odd shape on the map that you haven't been to yet. You then can face Doc. Dominion.
You also have to complete all the missions that leads up to this first!
