you go to the car lot and selct a car that has a tier 2 status. You will notice that they are more expensive than tier 1s. It states which tier on the bottom right of the screen.

Carl- nah man! ''CHINGY!!'' (the real DK) is ryt...u can only install tier2 stuff into tier 2 cars...so u need to buy a car that is in a tier 2 standard...
Keysia- but dont worry..just win as much races as u can with ur d=car that ur using now and u'll probaly have enough cash to buy a new car.
Carl- but u dont have to come first for urself..just let ur team mate from ur own crew win...but ur crew partner has to be good..like Sal or yumi..
Keysia- i prefer Sal, i think his a lot faster

Hell yeah. Its the best drifter in the tier2 category. If you do it up right (tuning) its the bomb. But you need the skills to compliment the car, otherwise ur wasting it .
Tuning (For ANY potential drift car): Engine - set it fully on Torque Transmission - Fully on acceleration Suspension - Fully oversteer NOS - Fully velocity Brakes - Evenly biased (middle) Tires - Drift Turbo - even (middle)

The cayman is good, but not for drifting. My best with a cayman S is a measly 5.9 mil and thats pretty crap 4 my standards. A gd drift car should score AT LEAST 7 mil. Anything below is just rubbish. But for street use (circuit, sprint etc) its AMAZING.
