Just to start off I'll let you know im more of a shooter and sport games person. I not extremely good at racing games so I need a lot of help. I can't seem to beat the boss races (NOT EVEN THE FIRST ONE) I've tried all car classes is there any way someone could give me some tips for the ps2 on how I can get better or just help me find a better car to use against the bosses. I'm in desperate need of help so any would be appreciated.

Well, car classes dont really affect your likelyhood of winning the race, SKILL does. The only thing i can say is that you have to practice like hell so that you can overcome whichever boss ur on. In the first boss, i just stick with your first car - either the brera, rx8 or the camaro. The advantage of this is that they are fully tuned when u reach a boss and that they will be LOADS faster than a tier2 which is stock. stick to the starters, man and practice like hell.

    Thanks for the advice.
Just one thing though, which car (Alfa, RX8, or Camero) is better to start your career with? By this I mean which boss would be easier to beat because like I said I'm not that good but I'm better than I was at the start.

P.S- do all the cars end up unlocked in the end or do you need to do exotic to unlock exotic, tuner to unlock tuner or muscle to unlock muscle? 🤔

The Alfa is the best starter. Without doubt. Not only does it look and sound good, it goes like stink.

Responding to your PS - well, yes and no. Muscles DO unlock Muscles etc but after 100% of career completion all the other cars from the other classes are unlocked. And theres the occasional odd unlock - for example u start with tuners but unlock the cayman S - an exotic.

    Hope that helps

Thanks for all the help I beat all but the canyon duels in silverton and I'm A LOT better at everything from drifting to racing and even canyon duels are a sinch.

One final question though, what is the best end game car I have the Ford GT and all the zones except the final one unlocked in silverton(Note: I havn't unlocked trasmision 3- race yet... I said I was better at drifting not great )

The best end game car is the Gallardo. Its lightweight body coupled with a 4wd system mean that it can whip around corners and still take off like a bat outta hell, leaving the opposition with nought but a bleak chance to catch up. But thats only if ur REALLY skilled....
