How to get evolution stones without waiting for phone calls: 1. Make sure you pressed yes for having DayLight Saving's Time. 2. Make sure you have Dana's, Gina's, Alan's, and Tully's phone numbers
where do i find Tully?

Also you can find evolution stones in Bill's house (it is above Cerulean gym, route25). He will ask to see some pokemons and the prize is evolution stones.
