if you walk outside to exit the world you'll run into Cloud. If you beat him in the tournament he'll give you the Sonic Blade ability. There's nothing else you can do @ Olympus Coliseum for now so exit the world and head to the new world (Deep Jungle).

ohhh u must have done it backwards then...ok then go back to traverse town. Go in the alleyway and use the red trinity mark to enter the cavern. You'll find Leon.
