You have to save Nightcrawler, not Jean Grey. Mephisto will bring her back. As you fight Mephisto you have to take away his sword, strike the 5 statues around the star, and strike him a few times. Jean will reappear, and you have to fight her AND Mephisto. Get her energy and his energy down. She re-gathers herself and finishes him off for you. Sorry, but I only play with my 4 year old son, so it takes a few days to get through. Hope it helps.
