This isn't kingdom hearts 3, but its a new game for kingdom hearts 2. Its Kingdom hearts 2 final mix+. It's only a japanese version and is coming out march.
Also this year they are making kingdom hearts projects. Not much info on whether they are making KH3 or something for the Wii or what. But it does bring hope to a new game!
