Can someone tell me how to beat the giant worm?

Yeah, shoot all its T-eng (the yellow circles.) until they are gone. Always run around in circles...you can't use mechs as you will go flying out of them when entering the plains where he is. Once the music stops you have beaten him, another one will spawn and another if you beat that one, then another and another, etc. So just kill one, run to the gate, kill the boss and once the level is completed you will get your Giant wormhunter achievement(50 pts.)

actually you don't kill him you attack him as you move toward the b post for some energy, then as you fight him keep moving along the dam until you get the message from the guy at the base that says "get out of there you can't beat him".....you'll see an abandon factory go in there and it will go into a cut scene...and you've gotten to the boss....yes the worm wasn't the boss you'll see who is........
