Are these trainers, and spawn weapon\armour cheats compatible with Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod?

I wanna install the mod, but I don't want to play without cheats and trainers.

NO mod can change the basic stuff of the game, so they cannot change the cheats either, because they are in the Master file on which the game runs on. BTW, what does that mod do anyways?
