Well, first you return to the elderly couples house were you first saw Mia and collect the empty bottle from the chest. Then go to the Mercury lighthouse and fill the bottle with the Water of Hermes from the fountain. Then go to the Kolima forest and give the water to Trent. He will then turn the trees in the village back to humans. The fountain only flows after you defeat Sataros atop the Mercury lighthouse.
