im in the endless summer chapter and have done everything all missions and classes so i think i have

i just checked the game again incase i had got it wrong... and i have. i had started a new game to complete again and i must have checked that game before completing the final mission.

Justin is a prep and can be found at these three locations - Old Bullworth Gym, Beach House, and Harrington House

Lucky is a greaser and can be found at these two places - Auto Shop and New Coventry
