No there is sharpandshiny (upgrades all of your things by 1). It is resuble so use it to upgrade your army for free. There is also pointbreak which it allows up to 100 food without buying things like farms and town centres or whatever depending on which race. There is also a win and lose cheat but I forgot them.

My Accomplishments:

Carbon:
Won Career x3
Done Challenge Series
300k points with Corvette

Nintendogs:
8 dogs
Gotten to Championship for Disc
Star handler

Mario Kart DS:
Finished all races
Done all missions

PS: Any inquires are accepted (best to check my Games Collection).
