I just found another one. When I was watching a replay of an MLB sacking the QB, their faces looked like mummies' faces. When I changed the camera angle, it was gone. That was 4 hours ago and I haven't been able to do it again.

I was the packers and i was Vs the bears and when i tackled Urlacher his helmet flew off and for the rest of the game i was wearing a bears helmet and urlacher was wearing a green bay helmet it was the weirdest thing ive ever seen on this game
