Why can't you change the heat level to six or seven? 🤔 🤔 🤔 😵 😵 😵

couse the bigest level is a 5 and check on your map a heat level for each teritory

but in nfsmw you can be chased in heat level six (last pursuit) and in h. l. seven (in b. e. extra challenge)
