i found mine by accident, i was trying to avoid wild pokemon and it showed up just outside Lilycove quite handy

if you find latios/latias hard 2 catch then when you fight it do 1 attack (pkmn has 2 be lv 30-35) -not rock or electric - & when you fight him again his life ill still be down as much as you took it down........

repeat this process until his life i on orange-high red, use mean look on him then use an ultra ball tus rendering him easier to catch than just taking a cheathappens @ him every time u see him ..........(Need air)*breathing heavily*

-_- o god..it took me 15 mins to catch mine...
get repels...find out wjeer it is goin... go to the grass near trick master home.. get a lv 40 pkmn at 1st in party...when it is just below staleport (enter and exit the tricker house to mak him move)save..use repel go in grass run around and ...tada!there> u only got 1move to try to catch him..i used master ball...i got lots from a friend
