Buttons/Hotkeys are in the trainer. You will see them. There is usually a "help" or "info" button that reports what buttons you have to press to enable cheats while playing the game . Here you can find alternative trainers Link (P.S. I downloaded a trainer (number10) and it has an "info" button.)

Thanks Veggeta i downloaded a different one which was very easy and simple to use.The ganagana (or what ever its called) does not work.I downloaded a mega trainer (its the name of it) which was for the unpatched version of Carbon and it worked.

You can use any kind of trainer, but be careful of the version. If you open up a trainer, it shows the hotkeys in the window...for example "PRESS F1: NEVER GET BUSTED..." That means that if you press F1, that means that the cheat is activated-you never get busted! it's that simple!
