Chief would definately win, but i do like the arbiter`s side of the story better than the chief`s, so i gotta give him some credit, but gameplay is 10x better with the chief than the arbiter. Multiplayer is a different story however..

to answer this question ask 2 questions 1.who killed about 500 elites-uh MASTER CHeif 2.who has never killed a live Spartan II uh Arbiter
i think MC is the freaking coolest person in first person shooters ever he would kick ass

I like mc on multiplayer because his head doesn't stick out for snipers like the arbiters' does, but i like the arbiters story.
