are you sure you have enough of the blood grass? sometimes its easy to miscalculate the ammount, and another thing to keep in mind is that if you *cough* five finger discount'ed *cough* it she dont want it, sell it to an fence first then buy it back.
but i dont understand why the daedra prince dont want to talk to you, are you high level enough? did you bring the right offering?
Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

hmm okey i'll look into the daedra prince quest a litle bit further... ill let you know if i find anything, but a word of advice when you sell stolen items to the fence and you want them back buy them back at once becouse once you close the "shop" interface the items are gone. or in case you dont have the patience to wait on my slow arse you could check the wiki page here Link

you could bypass the quest entirely if you have the vile lair.. there is a bath and crystal salts in there...

the vile lair was a hideout for a diferent sect of worshippers of sithis, if you buy the stuff you need to make it livable you get a prisoner that you can feed on as a vampire, a coffin to sleep in, a henchman you can send out to kill in the name of sithis (even if he is a total failure sometimes) also included is a bathroom where you can cure yourself from vampirism if you dont want to grind the quest (or if the blooming quest is bugged) also it has books you can read, a garden of poisonos plants and a shrine of sithis.
