Try setting your car on drift, or use the RX-7 or a Lamborginini (if you can get it...)

extract the zip file..open the unlocker with a notepad and set the compatibility with windows 98/2000..in the properties tab..

hey got an idea for u i had the same problem but what i did was do is, ok wen u pass them u get 9 secs and u win automaticly so keep trying to pass him for 9 secs and if u cant jus restart the race its so easy it took me about 4 tries tho lol
