Yep, like Last Request said, you need to beat the game and get an ending to get the item. You unlocked the achievement, but you have to beat the game after unlocking it. Basically, you'll have to redo the requirements for the achievement again and beat the game to get the item.

well alright it seemed like it took forever but i guess it was only the second day when i was done
but aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
but what if i dont do the requirements again, but i end the game with an ending????????
