To unlock Hercule an easy way is to go to the main menu. Then go into the edit skills part and go into Bulma's shop and press L1 and L2 and press triangle to exit. Then you must keep going in and out of Bulma's shop (don;t let go of the L1 L2 buttons) You'll see the percentage meter go up and u will begin to unlock different capsule. Do this until it get to 100%
