You get it in Silverton (red territory - north). but you had to have started career with exotics to get it. Gay, but theres no other way.

Just gonna develop my last post:

Whatever car class you start with will determine what cars you unlock. For example if you wanna unlock all the muscles, start with muscles. All the exotics, start with exotics etc etc. However only a limited amount of cars are unlockable that are in a different class (i.e. start with tuners and unlock a cayman s (exotic)).

Cars that are exclusive to their class (cant be unlocked from a different class):

Exotics - Mercedes SL65, Carrera GT
Muscles - Vauxhall Monaro VXR, Shelby GT500
Tuners - VW R32, Nissan Skyline
