Im at level 7 and i cant gain any levels but i really need to so i can learn more magic spells. Easter eggs would help also.

leveling gets more difficult the higher you get. just make sure the things your killing and the quests your on aren't grey. You'll be able to learn new spells every few levels or so, just ask a guard where the mage trainer is. Easter eggs wont really do you much good, by definition Easter eggs are hidden tidbits of whatever or references to things outside the game that are for entertainment purposes only.
