ok go to install mod open up data folder and i dont see no empire underground or rebelion folders got audio custom maps and text did i miss something somewhere?

Yes!! You missed to read the readme.txt!!!
In your data folder you have to put the XML folder. You have the choice! The empire one, the rebel one...
