The best thing to do to get drugs is find a dealer, get a gun and shoot him directly in the head. You get both cah and drugs but your gang heat will increase.
I dont think that there is a cheat for more drugs. Unless I haven't looked good enough anywhere.
Most of the missions which you complete will give you grams of drugs anyway. You keep your heat low and you can get heaps of cash. $10,000.
