this game is really starting to **** me off cuz it keeps crashing when i go into a new town tell me if it happens to your cuz mine has hardley any scratches. or it might jst be my ps2. thx

Yeah me too. Every time i tune a car and go straight to a race it freezes. I suggest doing what i do if you have the same problem. - When finished modding a car go to the main menu and save (so then you dont have to start all over again), and then go back to career and if it freezes on the loading screen just restart the ps2 and continue from whre you saved... It is frustrating but it's predictable when it is gonna happen

yeh thats the best thing to do... but it really shudnt happen often. if it persists, your game is fake or theres summat screwed up with your ps2

No my ps2 is brand new since my other broke. I think it's EA that does that and they have a problem with their games. Every EA game I have ALWAYS freezes once in a while. When I first played NFSMW it froze after 20 mins... And so did some others, but don't let summot like that stop you fom playing cause Waiting is worth it for this game

I just got a BRAND new PS2 slim. cos my old ps2 is too OLD and keep on/oc. so I got NFS 1 2 MW and Carbon. it all play pretty well. so it don't had a problem either, so i don't understand why it happen to either of you. it make me think this u got a FAKE game or... 🤔

As previously mentioned, EA games have a tendency to freeze at critical moments. Not just the need for speed games but ive had trouble with the burnout series and the tiger woods series. So its EA's bad .
BTW my crew name is Plague - If you don't control it, it will consume you.
