I have converted all the roman numerals into our numeric system and have put them in order by date and when I go back to the park rangers desk he just says Hello, ANY HINTS!!

1900-1912 MCMXI MCMX MCMVIII MCMIV MCM (Front of Bin)
1913-1919 MCMXIX MCMXVII MCMXV MCMXIV MCMXIII (Front of Bin)
1920-1945 MCMXLV MCMXLI MCMXXXIX MCMXXXII MCMXXV (Front of Bin)
1946- MCMXCVII MCMLXX MCMLXIX MCMLX MCMLI (Front of Bin) after that talk to the ranger and you should see at the bottom I finished the roman numerals
