Help! I really don't know why its doing this, but i push ctrl+shift+c and the box won't appear or nothing.. i'm confused and all it does is takes snap shots.. and its getting very annoying.. am i doing something wrong or what?? help..

I used to have the same prob. Are you holding them all down at the same time?

I also have the problem and im sure im holding them all down at the same time, and im really getting crazy of the snap shots its making all the time. i need to have a solution really bad or else i'll just won't play the game anymore
(not that you guys care about that)
before i uninstalled the game it was working perfect but these days it just doesn't work
so to make a long story short. Console aint working and i need help you dig?

I'm not exactly sure why this happens. I have some trouble as well with some cheats that won't work for me but used to before.

I don't know. Maybe it's just a glitch in the game?

guess so,isn't there a file which has the controls? if so maybe i can change some thing or two , if not i'll guess i will stick with my xbox360 lol
