is the suicine a legendary dog??? how do i catch it???

After you make the three dogs run from that burned tower in Ecruteak, the 3 legendary dogs randomly appear around Johto.

He is right. They appear randomly around Johto.You have to be lucky to meet them and more lucky to catch them.

how do u catch them?? i see them all the time and they flee, and when they dont flee they break out of the master ball

I know that they flee. You can't do anything except waiting to see them and the right moment to catch them. A good strategy to catch them is to hypnotize, hit to lose some health and then use ultraballs.By the way, are u sure they broke out the masterball? Noone pokemon can escape from masterball.(By the way there is only one masterball). Maybe you mean ultraball.

I have a suggestion, Next time, when you run into one of the legendary dogs, use mean look, so it can't escape, (if you have it) then hypnotize it so it can't attack you, then try catching it. I have done this before. I have Suicune and Raiku. All I need now is Entei! I use my Haunter and use mean look, and hypnosis!! You should try it! I hope this works for you!!

maybe after you realease the dogs clone the masterball on a pokemon a few times so when you find one you con catch it with the masterballs try it
