this trainer is 6 years old.. the developer who made it is not with cheathappens. In fact this is just a posting of the same trainer available elsewhere (i.e. it's free here)

Sorry, just noticed this post.
The trainer should still work on Win8, however I don't have Win8 so its kinda iffy.. but you should be able to get it to work using compatibility mode..
as far as I know it does work, just follow the instructions..
But hopefully you've figured it out by now.
Trying it today and it doesn't seem to have any effect. Set the offset etc by searching for the gold value, also no effect.
Make sure under SMP version you have it set to Trymedia/Bigpond, that is the one to use for Steam.
