whether any trainer to aviod from punture?

No sorry bro... there is no such trainer as far as my knowledge goes... although that would be great wouldnt it

Anyway, heres what I do, I use the +12 trainer by Racer-S it has an instant speed option as well as as a jump 10-100 metres option it works really well when your trying to get away from the cops and you have a flat wheel or four, just keep jumping up until they lose sight of you!

or you could just try to outrun them, it's not to hard, just go to highway 99 where you can get some speed. and watch the map for the roadblocks.

Or, using the same trainer that I mentioned before, you can jup over the spikes whenever they get in the way.

personally i try not to use trainers or anything like that

I know but once you finish the game 3 times it becomes almsot a necesity otherwise its not any fun at all!
