i was just wondering if you could tell me wer a few pokemon are... wer are : kaputops, a gold garados (is they exist), any shiny pokemon and hitmonlee cheers (by the way i have pokemon silver)

I don't think that you can get Kabutops in this game. Gold guardos and shiney pokemon are rare. About hitmonlee you have to get Turogue Link. When you get it increase his Attack or Defense to get Hitmonlee or Hitmanchan respectively. If Attack and Defense are equal then you get Hitmontop. Also you can mate Tyrogue with Ditto and get other Tyrogue so you can have all evolutions of Tyrogue.

how do you get to the man??

See the link above. Find Mt mortar cave (near to Ecruteak city). Go inside the second entrance,route42 (you will use SURF to reach it), it is the entrance where you can find a tree that can be cut and 3 trees with berries. When you get in there don't go to the ladder, just use SURF to reach the waterfall and then use WATERFALL. Then search the area to find a man called Karate King.Fight him and you will get Tyrogue.You have to be patient to find him
