can you tell me how to set the clock? I already set the time at 7.15 but when i hit the chime nothing happens.

set the clock at 7:15 then it must work with high speed

then you must pull the right most weight that is dangling from the clock and then the left one, and then hit the chime.

You have to click on the two men holding hammers in order to wind the clock, and then pull the right most weight

schroll to top of hanging things in clock there you see a yellow thing to clock that you see the time above it is 14,45 go back set with the little switches that time en click on the little men with hamers than ....

set the roman numerals to 7:15, then pull the right chain. Don't stop the clock from spinning. then ring the bell. Hope this helps
