Heres how you do Ultimate Control moves.
Hold R1
and tab the right analog stick in a any Direction(While holding R1)
Then when you grappled up with them, you press R3
Then it should give you options you can do with your enemy,you can also walk around with them.
NOTE: each Wrestler has 4 Ultimate Moves, Depending on what dirrection you press when, you are hold R1.
Extra Notes: Theres 12 Ultimate moves in total.
