When I play the sims deluxe for over an hour or so, the whole game just disappears. It doesn't save, unless i save right before it happens. It's horrible, and I'm looising important Data...can someone please post or email me at firepuppy13@gmail.com ....or you could IM me at x Ronbon x3

ur computer doesnt like it then check for a virus on the game and on ur pc, tht might help

not very likeley a virus unless it is an illegal game :P i had the same prob on my original The Sims game, though it was at different times... After installing the 2nd expansion (House Party) it didnt do it anymore... so i never really figured what caused it
btw is there any patches for the sims? if so get them. though the deluxe version sounds like it would contain any particular patches... but check anyway and yes do contact EA if you can't figure what to do
