I do with my poke dex make a list of all the hardest pokemon to catch and tell me how you did it thank you

with legendaries u just have to get lucky. i caught my moltres with a pokeball before when it had full health. i know it is unbelievable, but it really happened it was awesome! but i normally put the pokemon to sleep, getting it down to red hp, and use a bunch of great balls and ultra balls. u also should tap a when u throw the ball

i can give you all pokemons list with cheats.you can use the cheats with AR or gameshark.
