hey how do u cast spells like jon irenicus i seen him cast spells like if he was an arch wizard??

It's done by casting an epic lvl 9 spell called Improved Alacrity. It removes time between spells.. So combined with some robes of vecna and an amulet of power u can cast all spell with a speedfactor of less then 5, instantly.
It really shines through when you combine it with timestop, being able to dish out tons of damage or protect urself from anything, before your opponents can even get near you.
