after u beat rayquaza u go to town and go where whishcash is and there should b a hole in the ground but u can only bring 1 pokemon at a time charmanderLv16-charmeleonLv36-charzard give him a item only for pokemon required to evolve with example for pikachu evolve with a thunderstone give him a thunderstone and he will evolve. The same way. Just make your partner the team leader and then put your pokemon on stand by. Then go to Wishcash Pond and then go into the cave. If your partner is a Pikachu you need a Thunder Stone which you get at a different dungeon that is unlocked later in the game. If it is anything else then just act like is is your pokemon and evovle it the same way as any other pokemon.

You can evolve after you beat raquaza. U see the credits and someone will tel you to go see snubbel. He evolved to Granbull. Listen to what they say. They wont let you in the hole unless you are alone. Try to go to a dungeon. Your partner will talk to you about being alone. Go back to a hole and a crystal will talk to you. good Luck
