yo need help i've gotten all of the cars from emilio, the first chick, and the guy with the trucks (i'm in the first city) now i dont' know what to do, and haven't figured anything out please help!

Nevermind, I got it. All you gotta do is take out two of the three people (get all of their cars and take their hookman arrow off of the map) and the city champ will come out. you follow him like you would any other hookman and you will get to race him.
