This is a compilation of cheats and traits posted so far that I created for myself. This site rocks! Thanks!
process_cq SETTLEMENT NAME Once you have written the cheat and pressed enter, then just press the UP arrow on your keyboard and you will get your last command automatically rewritten. Then all you have to do is press ENTER again and again show_cursorstat and with that move_character "Name" "Cords" add_money # Add Money (# = Amount - Max = 40000) kurvajebena’s edit works great as well at least until .pack extractor comes out as xxApolloxx mentioned process_cq SETTLEMENT NAME Automatically Build Anything in Queue auto_win ATTACKER/DEFENDER Attacker or Defender Wins Next Battle add_population SETTLEMENT NAME # Add Population (# = Amount) toggle_fow disable_ai Then the AI wont do anything. Missions and stuff will still work.
To Find Unit Names Go to custom battle editor. pick out the best soldiers for 1 country then above the units there will be a Save/Load Army button. Click it and save as the name of the country you picked. Then you go to your M2: TW folder and open the newly created Armies folder. In there you open the .cax file with notepad.
Unit Stats Cheat create_unit London "Armored Swordsmen" 4 9 3 3 create_unit London "NE Basilisk" 4 9 3 3 create_unit London "Armored Swordsmen" 4 9 9 3 create_unit City "Dismounted Longbowmen" 4 9 3 3 4 is for the amount (max 5) 9 is for the exp (max 9) 3 is for weapon (max 3) 3 is for shield (max 3)
If your looking for unit name save it at custom battle, then go to sega/armies/.ccx open with notepad to look at the reference name used by program.

Nice overview and list of traits The process_cq "settlement" cheat also works if you change name on your settlements.
You can give traits and ancillaries to 1 named characters but not to characthers with more then 1 name(it have happened that it have worked on some characters with 2 names, last time i got it to work on a character with 2 names was on a french general). If you have a general that get known for something/a title, then you can give him trait/ancillary. The game will recognize give_trait "Perrin the_Merciless" GoodCommander 5 but not if you use "give_trait "Perrin de_Dott" GoodCommander 5 his normal name. So characters with the surname "the" will work(borrowed from dh19440113)
Same goes for priests like "give_trait "Anthoine the_Missionary" NaturalPriestSkill 3
The problem with this is that you can only add traits to a few mediocre agents/generals but can more easily add traits and ancillaries to better agents/generals (who there are not many of)
give_ancillary CHARACTER ANCILLARY - this is a different cheat then the give_trait, this one add persons to a characters retinue/crowd that follows him/her i think. Each character can max have 8 ancillary. Some of them can be traded between characters. Ive tried to add yours with some new ones
Other ancillaries: apothecary - Have more kids. bard - +1 morale, +1 popularity. biographer - +1 authority. mentor - +1 command. drillmaster - +25% movement, 1-% discount unit training costs. brilliant_inventor - +30 build points, +1 farming, 20% bonus on mining income. foodtaster - +1 personal security. librarian - +1 piety. magician - +1 morale, +1 popularity. tutor - +1 piety, 5% bonus on trade. doctor - Have more kids, improves recovery from wounds. bodyguard - +2 personal security, -1 popularity. master_of_archers - +1 command. scribe_ancillary - +1 authority, 10% bonus on income. actor - +1 popularity shieldbearer - -1 Moral to troops, +2 to Generals hitpoints spymaster - Faction dependant? quartermaster - Faction dependant? taticius - Faction dependant? mathematician - Faction dependant? (borrowed some from Valhus and Jgwetherell post)
There is also the trait BattleScarred 4 adds +2 Authority and +8 to Generals hitpoints

No more "cant give trait to my charachter because he have 2 or 3 names!" You can use "give_trait this TRAIT" on everyone you cant figure out the name when you have them targeted. This command will give the trait to the currently selected character. Example you have a spy outside your city and you click on it and type "give_trait this GoodSpy 5" and your spy will get the trait, this command works for generals and others too ofc. NOTE: This doesnt seem to always work when your character is in a settlement, just move it out of the settlement if you have a problem.

Some say its the key 2 keys right of "L". For me its 1 key right of "L" to get up the console. Type the cheats into the console.
here is a post about the cheat console if this dont answer your question.

You're my hero Panadell...nicely done! I was dying to make the assassins better. The only reason I use them is to try to kill the merchants that hijack my useless/retarded bastard merchants...lol.
