Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Oh and for Kole_Skepar the cheats will work, because this is not an expantion pack, this is a collection of official mods that can be bought at Bethesas site. Sorry for double posting.

you say it's not expansion is it mean it haven't any new mission?

no, it's not an expasion pack, in the traditional form at least, it's a package of mod that are available to download, for a fee.
also there is a lot of arguments in this game about having to pay for a mod. when the pictures of the horse armour, as far as i know, were released before oblivion was released. so... they took it out before they released oblivion...
that is just an assumption. i don't know for sure but i heard it on another website.
