How do you get your children back from the social worker? Is there a cheat for that?

I know that you can make another sim, and have that sim call the adoption service. They will get the baby taken away by the social worker. (As long as you choose the age of the baby taken away when it gives you that option) Then I guess you could have the person move in with your other person, and have them either live together, or move out.
