i have tried the f****** mystery gift thing and it doesn't work, is there any other way to get to Island 8 & 9

i got the navel rock code but u have to walk in or out somewhere for it to work
and once u get there save and turn off then deactivate it and go in ho ho is to the left lugia to the right but dont turn until u see a dead end here it is
