You fight him on 5* quests, and you might find him in the gathering hall (but it's harder). He is easy to slay

Well, I ain't done thay quest I only completed all the rathian quests and the first rathalos (including capture a rathalos) with the kutku one and loprey quest If you dunno the tactics and stuff just go in your house and check the manual book and there should be a page on tactics, if it's not there you might have to by the organizer book form the man with a big bag.
