a cheat huh...weel,to raise a pokemon without training go to the day care and put there a pokemon.get a acro bike and go to the desert.there is a track that you can only pass with mach bike.1ºgo to that track.2ºput something heavy in the pad.you will go up and down and get experience points while the pad is getting controled by an object.
